Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî (/vɘˈisɘ/ /ˈɘkè roˈaθe/ [chaos] [eyelid]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nëpimtrêsë Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî was founded by Zëî Gadonhëm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Overview

Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî was founded durring the early 16th century in fall of the year 1516, by Zëî Gadonhëm. The establishment of Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî is buildings are arranged arround a network of spacious cobblestone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's peasent-grade have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

A look around Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî long.

Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.

The quake brought ruin to Qitdê-êkè Roathe Bî, which lost 139 people, 144 livestock, and 96 buildings in the earthquake. The day of the quake is remembered by many as Doom's Day.
